    The latest issue of Impact, a newsletter series from ICI at UMN, contains an article on NCI data and friendship that is co-authored by HSRI Staff Member Elizabeth Pell! 

    Focused on wellness, the issue touches on all areas of life for individuals with disabilities - physical, social, vocational, spiritual, emotional, psychological - with choice-making and inclusion as keys.

  • NCI and HCBS Webinar : State Level Monitoring of Compliance: Feb 22, 2016

    ON Feb 22, 2016, NCI and NASDDDS presented a webinar entitled "NCI and HCBS Webinar : State Level Monitoring of Compliance"

    The presentation included segments on

    • the current state of HCBS regulations,
    • South Dakota and Indiana presented on how they are using NCI for HCBS regulation compliance 
    • The NCI CrossWalk of HCBS Regs and NCI Domains/questions (available here: 2014-15 version, 2015-16 version) 

    The webinar was well attended and the information was rich and elicited many substantive questions. The powerpoint is available here.
