NQF Endorsed Measures
In Janurary of 2022, National Quality Forum (NQF) endorsed 14 NCI-IDD measures. This endorsement followed a rigorous review of scientific methods, consensus panel analysis, and a public comment period. It was issued in recognition of the high demand for quality measures in home and community-based services. The endorsement is an important step toward enhancing the quality of services and supports provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across state systems.
- Final Reports describe methods and present results for a particular set of indicators or survey tool (e.g., Consumer Outcomes, Family Surveys, Provider Survey). These reports contain detailed tables of results for the total sample and for each state.
- Annual Reports highlight interesting data collected during a particular year across all NCI survey tools
- Special Reports
Data Briefs are brief highlights of data findings across states, usually focused on a particular indicator or group of indicators.
HSRI and NASDDDS staff present NCI data at conferences and meetings all across the United States and internationally as well. These presentations often include university researchers and NCI state participating staff who use the data.
NCI data has been published in a variety of journals, magazines, books, and other media sources. The most recent publications are listed here.
